VinoCheck Software Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (“VinoCheck” or “we”) are

(“you” or “your”). VinoCheck may collect personal data from other businesses, visitors to our
website, individuals who request information, and job applicants. This Privacy Policy describes
how we collect, use, and disclose personal data, and the choices VinoCheck offers regarding its
collection and use of personal data.
This Privacy Policy does not address our privacy practices relating to VinoCheck employees.

as winery sales platforms, solely for the purpose of providing its services. In these cases,
VinoCheck acts as a data processor on behalf of its partners and processes personal data in
accordance with their instructions and applicable privacy laws. - Directly from You. VinoCheck may collect personal data when you: inquire about one of
our services or purchase our services; send an email to VinoCheck or start a chat with us;
interact with our website, products or services; or use our software. - Cookies and Other Technologies. VinoCheck and trusted third parties may use cookies

VinoCheck operates a business of providing certain services includingdetermining the correct sales tax rate on orders, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and
local alcohol sales, rules, determining excise tax rates, and filing required government reports
(collectively, the “Services”). VinoCheck uses personal data in order to:
