Getting started is fast and easy

Connect VinoCheck to your DtC Sales Platform
*Currently in beta*. In your DtC Sales platform, open the VinoCheck integration and enter your VinoCheck Tenant ID and Tenant information. Once connected, VinoCheck can begin evaluating orders using your winery's configuration.

Choose and enable the states you ship to
Inside VinoCheck, select the states where you plan to sell and ship. This tells VinoCheck where compliance rules, taxes, and fees should apply.

Add state details and configure state settings
For each enabled state, enter the details VinoCheck needs to be accurate such as your license and permit information. VinoCheck keeps these settings organized so you’re not guessing later.

What Sales Platforms Does VinoCheck Integrate With?
Today VinoCheck is integrated with Commerce7. We're committed to integrating with Shopify in the near future. We're interested in integrating with more platforms as customer demand requires.
Do I need a developer to set this up?
No, VinoCheck is user friendly and can be setup by anyone. Our team is also here to help you through the onboarding process.
Is my data encrypted? How is data secured in VinoCheck?
Restricted UI/API Access: Only members of your team with login authority can access your data. All access is monitored and logged.
Database Access: Data is stored encrypted at rest. Database access is only available over a VPN and not exposed to the public. Only limited staff at VinoCheck (currently 3 individuals) have access to production data.
What Support is offered?
Onboarding: Guided onboarding with our team.
Support: Real human support via tickets for quick help, or book a Zoom call with a specialist for complex issues.
